From a single parcel on Tai Vineyard, cultivated for the sole purpose of producing this rosé, our 2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir eloquently captures the unique attributes of this exceptionally cool vintage. Crafted in a “direct-to-press” style, this wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain its crispness and bouquet. Fragrant aromatics of rose petals, pomegranate, lime peel and raspberry harmonize, while the palate reveals flavors of red fruits, alpine strawberries and a hint of powdered sugar, leading to a refreshing citrus finish.
New to our Micro Lot series in 2023 is our Grenache Rosé. First crop from young vines planted in 2020, this stunning wine offers lovely aromas of pink grapefruit, hibiscus, strawberries, jasmine and a hint of fresh ginger. Produced in a direct-to-press style to preserve the delicacy of the aromatics and soften and tannic impact from the grapes, the wine is quite lush and lively on the palate where the lime zest and citrus notes play nicely with the subtle herb and peach tones.
