The debut release and limited production of our 2010 Noblesse late harvest dessert wine is named in honor of the “Noble” rot that originates this wine. In 2010 the conditions in our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard were just right for the development of “Noble” rot, a natural mold that winemakers normally refer to as Botrytis. The grapes are left on the vine and slowly dehydrate, thus concentrating the sugar and flavor potential of the berries. The “Noble” rot produces a sweet rich nectar that we press and ferment into a beautifully balanced dessert wine. A sweet kiss of late-harvested Sauvignon Blanc aged for 18 months in neutral oak barrels to allow the honeyed, rich fruit to mellow to perfection.

Better than Dolce!! Why spend your phone bill on a good desert wine when you could have Noblesse. Great with Dublinder cheese with a fig spread. MAGICAL!!!
