On November 7th, 2020 at 3:00PM PST via Facebook Live, you are invited to join our Winemakers and the Cuvaison community for an unforgettable food and wine pairing experience.

For more than 100 years, the world-renowned Joe's Stone Crab of Miami has been a staple for locals and tourists alike. To celebrate the end of harvest from afar, we are bringing their legacy straight to your doorstep with a gourmet stone crab dinner expertly paired to complement the elegance and beauty of our Los Carneros estate-grown wines.

Your Joe’s Stone Crab dinner for two will include:
2 orders large stone crabs (uncracked)
1 order crab cakes (2 pcs, uncooked)
1 order Joe’s cole slaw
1 order creamed spinach
1 small key lime pie
mallet/board/bibs/forks
(cracking & cooking instructions will be included)

Our winemakers will then guide you through an expert paring with the included wine selections:
2019 Sauvignon Blanc, Méthode Béton
2018 Chardonnay, Coeurtina
2018 Pinot Noir, Mariafeld
(one bottle of each wine will be included with kit)
