Winemaker's Notes

2017 is the debut vintage of our Adda’s Pinot Noir, named after the matriarch of our family, this is one of three wines that pays homage to the legacy of Cuvaison. A blend of three clones, Calera, Swan and Dijon 115, this beautifully textured Pinot Noir expresses blackberry, Damson plum, and Rainier cherries with savory notes of cardamom and anise flavor.
