Referring to our technique of fermentation and aging in concrete eggs, our 2020 Méthode Béton, Sauvignon Blanc exudes depth and creaminess on the palate due to extended contact with the lees. Featuring lovely notes of grapefruit, kiwi, melon and passionfruit, the roundness and richness of the wine is on full display ending in a long, shimmering finish.
