We’re debuting our new Estate Dinner series, a private, wine-driven dining experience hosted in our tasting room, with a one-night-only showcase led by acclaimed Chef Jose Mejia, formerly of Bouchon Bistro, the Pump Room, and The Meritage Resort & Spa. Known for soulful, refined cooking with a Napa sensibility, Chef Mejia creates dishes that let the wines take center stage.
The night begins with a special barrel tasting of wines still in development, led by our Director of Winemaking, Steve Rogstad. This rare opportunity to explore the craftsmanship behind each vintage continues with four seasonal courses paired to perfection with standout selections from Cuvaison and Brandlin.
