Join us in Los Carneros to discover our November wine releases. Savor our newest member offerings, expertly paired with gourmet bites to highlight the art of wine pairing. Bright Nights at Cuvaison: Wine & Caviar

We invite you to join us this holiday season for a luxurious evening of wine and caviar at Cuvaison. On two exclusive nights—November 17 and December 8—you'll indulge in five exceptional wines, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Regiis Ova caviar, served in three distinct styles to enhance each pairing. Delight in Royal caviar bumps, Supreme caviar with blinis, and Ossetra caviar served with potatoes, all perfectly paired with our Los Carneros wines. The evening culminates in a traditional Russian caviar service featuring Siberian caviar, creating an unforgettable tasting experience. With only 20 seats available each night, this intimate event promises to be a celebration of flavor, elegance, and holiday cheer. Offered twice this season: Choose either Sun., Nov. 17 or Sun., Dec. 8

We're pleased to invite you tojoin Cuvaison at Artisans of Wine & Food, a new weekend-long event at The Boca Raton in partnership with Napa Valley Vintners. Featuring exclusively Napa Valley wines, extraordinary culinary experiences and unforgettable moments, this three-day event is yours to curate! Immerse yourself in one-of-a-kind experiences showcasing some of the world’s most celebrated chefs and wineries, from a Vintners Invitational Golf Tournament to an educational winemaker series, and more. How you sip and savor is entirely up to you. The weekend comes to a crescendo with a Saturday night gala featuring a vintner-hosted dinner and an exciting auction where guests will have the opportunity to bid on fine wines, luxury experiences and bespoke getaways.
