Winemaker's Notes

Named after our family Matriarch who championed Cuvaison in its early days, the 2019 Pinot Noir, Adda is a blend of our best estate-grown Pinot Noir. Made up of three distinct clones; Calera, Wädenswil 2A and clone 828, this deeply concentrated wine offers notes of sun ripened black cherry, plum and rich pie-filling fruit. Kissed by black tea and violet on the palate, this opulent selection finishes with a warm touch of clove and sandalwood.
