2021 Chardonnay, Hedon

A classic California style Chardonnay, our Hedon is a hat-tip to this rich, full-bodied approach. This luxurious wine is composed of completely ripened fruit from select rows in our heralded Dijon and Old Wente blocks. Fragrant with butterscotch, toffee and vanilla aromatics on the nose, this wine is exceptionally expansive on the palate, with notes of pear, quince, mango and melon adorned with a light kiss of coconut and marzipan. The rich flavors ride the silky palate through to a sumptuous, sustained finish.
