2022 Pinot Noir, Début Cru

Début Cru celebrates the first bottling of each vintage year; our 2022 bottling marks the inaugural release of this wine. Working with unique heirloom selections the wine is balanced with a delicacy that requires less time in oak to find its core. After a gentle nine-month maturation in French Oak, our Début Cru retains the freshness and vivacity of the fruit showcasing bright raspberry, delicate Rainier cherry, and luscious pomegranate, complemented by subtle undertones of Sochi tea and wild thyme. The palate reveals damson plum, enchanting spices, and lively cherry highlights, creating a truly captivating experience.
